Seneschal Report:
Seneschal Bjorki reports he is going to 12th Night and Quarterly reports are do January 15th.
Heavy Marshal Report:
William Geoffrey the Rogue reports it has been a slow month. $xx deposit from donation box and Ursalmas is coming.
Herald Report:
Wilhelm reports 3 consultations (2 at Christmas Party) and 2 ready to submit.
Chatelaine Report:
Chatelaine reports going to transfer to Chamberlain. Need to get moving with school districts to do demos. He will continue to look into this.
Exchequer Report:
Exchequer Dyrfinna reports $xxx.xx available after removing uncashed checks by Boy Scouts and Storage.
Old Business
Nobody yet has access to Officer email accounts. Contact Summits Web Minister at antir.org.
New Business
Summits A&S: 2 messages are out re: contract and de-icing. Info coming soon. No info yet from Bardic Champion. Event should be on Kingdom Calendar.
Invites in process to Their Majesties, Summits Barons & Baronesses, working on contacting more teachers.
Concerns – parking and over-filling the building.

Dayboard – Soups and things made by Solbella. Potluck dinner, sign-up sheet for oven use.
Decorations? Some are in the storage unit. Summits – bring large black banner.
A&S new Officer. Æsa Rouðfeldr was approved and paperwork will be completed this Tuesday at Fighter Practice.
Summer Event – Site maximum of $xxx cost. Need to put in formal request for the weekend, need to provide a bid and event forms. Once the site is secured, we will know if camping is available on site.
Next month we will vote on Jacob for Chamberlaine.
