Meeting called to order at 7:01pm
Seneschal Report:
Solbella opened by noting new business that there have been no updates regarding the ZIP Code amendments. Summits Exchequer now has the updated list of bank signers.
Marshal Report:
William Geoffery reports that fighting is happening. $** gathered has been turned in to Exchequer. There is potential for a war practice in June. No injuries have been reported. More interest to marshal has been shown with an increased number of fighters.
Chamberlain Report: Cillian noted that armor is being transferred from Jacob and Jeff and other items to be added soon.
Arts & Sciences Report:
Nest verch Alan spoke of the upcoming gathering Sunday at Her Excellency’s home to paint silk favors. Also will be a bardic circle and food. Carpooling is recommended. She also did make mention of her desire to soon start regular Arts and Sciences gatherings.
Exchequer Report:
Our Exchequer Dyrfinna stated the Shire’s funds currently being $****.**. No Boy Scout checks have cleared at this time and one check is needed to be signed at present meeting.
Old Business
Lebus Steward Nest verch Alan did note that Lebus planning is moving along. More classes have been planned and more are still sought. The event site has been reserved. Checks will be sent tomorrow. Vendors are being encouraged!
Eilaf Spiaelbodhason did sign Change of Officer forms to enter the Branch Offices of Chronicler and Web Minister after a vote was taken.
Seneschal Solbella stated that Bjorki will be stepping up as Seneschal at next meeting as she steps down.
