Meeting called to order at 7:10pm.
Seneschal Report:
Seneschal Bjorki reports that the quarterly Seneschal’s report is in and all is well. He did not file a Chatelaine’s. A couple of Officers are still having issues with their email and it is being worked on.
Exchequer:
Exchequer Dyrfinna has nothing new to report. Scouts still have not cashed checks and available funds are approximately $xxxx before accounting for checks still out.
Chronicler:
Nothing new to report.
Arts and Sciences:
Æsa reports that arts and sciences have been happening every Tuesday at Fighter Practice and the current focus has been hand-sewing hems. She is having Email difficulty, but it is being worked on.
Heavy Marshal:
William Geoffrey the Rogue reports that fighting has been happening. He gave $xx in donations over to the Exchequer. There have been no injuries to report.
Herald:
Wilhelm reports awaiting one old consult which has had activity.
Old Business
A date for the Summer Offensive event is still being researched and the 4th weekend of June, 2020, is being considered.
New Business
Charles Rose was voted into the Office of Coeur du Val’s Exchequer and Change of Officer Forms signed. Change of Officer Forms were also signed for Jacob who is warranted this day as our new Branch Chamberlain.
Vote to change signatories on the US Bank account Removing Solbella and Adding Charles Rose and Bjorki, Solbella Motioned Eilaf 2nd- all in favor.
