Meeting called to order at 7:02pm
Seneschal Report:
Solbella opened by asking for new business and noting that while she has been working diligently to see the ZIP Code additions finished, there have been no updates regarding them as of yet. She did go to the bank today and received documented proof of those signers who have been removed from the list. Principality Seneschal only needs to sign the document.
Marshal Report:
Marshal William Geoffery reports that fighting is still happening. $** collected has been turned in to Exchequer. War practice will be happening this month. No injuries have been reported.
Chamberlain Report: Cillian noted that they have laid eyes upon Shire belongings and will begin making a proper list.
Arts & Sciences Report:
Nest verch Alan noted that the gathering at Her Excellency’s home to paint silk favors was a great success. Present were a May Pole, dancing and bardic activities.
Exchequer Report:
Exchequer Dyrfinna stated the Shire’s funds currently being $****.** minus any outstanding checks. She researched and stated that three checks to the Scouts, totaling $***, have yet to clear.
Old Business
Lebus Steward Nest verch Alan did note that Lebus planning is going well. Possibilities to reduce event costs were discussed including fewer portable toilets, partial-day fees at site. Several fund-raising ideas were discussed. Vendors are being encouraged and sought!
A fund-raising bake/rummage sale was planned, to be held at fighter practice on 19th, June.
Seneschal Solbella asked for a vote to instate Bjorki as our new Seneschal and the vote was unanimously in favor.
