Meeting called to order at 6:59pm
Seneschal Report:
Bjorki opened by stating that emails have been taken care of and the Office of Seneschal is now occupied. Branch officer reports are due and not much else to report at this time.
Marshal Report:
Marshal William Geoffrey reports that fighting is still happening. $** collected has been turned in from the cash box to the Exchequer. Coeur du Val has 2 Senior and one Junior Heavy Marshals officially listed.
Chamberlain Report: Cillian noted that they have entered some armor from William Geoffrey and Rufus also noted that he has a string of Eric rope to be handed in.
Arts & Sciences Report:
Nest verch Alan would like to begin holding an Arts and Sciences night possibly on Wednesdays so as to not conflict with Fighter Practice. She gave reminder of an A&S night this Wednesday and a potential gathering at the barn in September. All to be announced.
Exchequer Report:
Exchequer Dyrfinna stated the Shire’s funds currently being $***.** minus any outstanding checks. We made $*** with the Bake/Rummage Sale. Benton County’s check for Lebus site fee has gone through, as has the check for 6 months locker storage. Scout Lodge needs a check for July through September.
Chronicler Report:
Chronicler Eilaf states nothing new to report save for that the first issue of The Entremont newsletter will be distributed electronically at the beginning of August and he has began scanning old issues.
New Business
Jacob Redbourne has asked to become Branch Chatelaine and was accepted as waiting the traditional month before voting.
Wilhelm von Dusseldorf was officially voted in as Branch Herald. He gave testament to much experience as well as turning in his 2nd Quarter report at that time.
Bjorki mentioned that Solbella has volunteered to store Shire belongings at her house to save money on the storage unit. A vote was cast and it was agreed upon, details to be discussed soon.
Old Business
Fund raising ideas were discussed for future needs. Site tokens for Lebus were discussed.
A motion was moved to close and meeting was adjourned at 7:53pm.
