Meeting called to order at 7:03pm
Seneschal Report:
Bjorki opened by nothing new to report and called for new business.
Marshal Report:
Marshal William Geoffrey reports that fighting continues regularly and $** were handed over from the Marshal’s Collection Box.
Chamberlain Report: Cillian noted that they have cleaned up the storage unit some and have donated some unneeded Shire belongings to sell for fund raising.
Arts & Sciences Report:
Nest verch Alan noted that there will be a Bardic and Persona competitions at Lebus, whereupon these activities were described.
Exchequer Report:
Exchequer Dyrfinna stated the Shire’s funds currently being $***.** minus any outstanding checks. The possibility of paying for the Scout Lodge with Cashier’s Checks was discussed.
Chronicler Report:
Chronicler Eilaf states nothing new to report at this time.
New Business
Lebus preparation is coming along fine. Communication has been good and thrown weapons has been OK’d by the county.
Bardic/A&S venue was selected as the Morningstar Grange Hall at $***. Vote was cast and accepted.
Moving the Shire storage unit to Solbella’s home was discussed. Insurance requirements will need to be checked into prior.
Old Business
Jacob Redbourne was officially voted in as Branch Chatelaine and proper required paperwork was completed.
