Bjorki opened by calling the Exchequer to report.
Exchequer Report:
Exchequer Dyrfinna stated the Shire’s funds current funds being $****.** minus any outstanding checks. Currently, the two oldest Scout Lodge checks from this year have cleared and two remain uncashed, leaving $***.** if the remaining checks are posted. There is an outstanding credit of $*** in the form of a refund from Mary’s River Grange site deposit. Storage unit fees are due at the end of December so it was discussed that moving the Shire’s belongings to Solbella’s home early may result in some reimbursement for the Shire.
Solbella has located a more economical and appropriate site for the upcoming A&S Championship event, being Fairmont Grange Hall at $***/day and $*** deposit. This was voted upon and accepted unanimously.
A motion to close was cast and meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm
